Hi,I'm going to purchase the platform in the next days,Just a question,in case my laptop brake or something happen to it,can I install the platform in a new computer without pay a second time?

You may absolutely install the platform on a new computer without paying again.
Your license key will not be linked to any specific computer, and the platform itself is always free to download.

Thank you for the note.
Yes, the simulation is always free.
You will however want to ensure that you have some sort of data connection in order to simulate trade, unless you are happy to use the Simulated Data Feed.
