FXCM Connection not available?

FXCM Connection not available?

Dear Support,

i would like to add an FXCM connection in my NinjaTrader (8.0.12.0 64-bit (Standard)) but i don't see FXCM as one of my licensed providers.

Is there anything i can do to change this?

Thank you for your post.

Glad to assist. Based on the screen shot, the live key entered is a Single Broker enabled for Rithmic. To add or convert providers, you may email our sales team with your live key found at Help > License key - PlatformSales[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]com.

You may also use our simulation key below in the meantime to show all available providers in testing.

Please ensure that you have restarted NinjaTrader for the changes to be applied.
