Newbie on NT8. Kinetick EOD only, Dorman. Just added a group of new orders and received Order Pending on each. Two previous open orders now show Unknown in the State field. The Cancel is grayed out so I can't just reenter them without a possible dupe. How do I determine the State of these oreders, and why would the State have changed? Thanks.

Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.
You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.
Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
