Need help setting up my live account!

Hey guys!
So I finished the process to set up my account with phillip capital like two weeks ago and received my login credentials last week. I did everything how I was supposed to, but when I connect my account in Ninja Trader I am not able to see my cash value, buying power, etc...
I would Like to know what do I have to do to have everything ready! Thanks for your help!

Thank you for your note.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 2179084" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
