BarsSinceEntry not working in NT8

Hi,

I am trying to get the Strategy Wizard to exit an order after N bars. I have attached a screenshot of the conditions. I got this to work in NT 7 but I don't know how to fill out the new options in NT 8.

I don't know what to insert in:
Bars In Progressing
Entry Executions
Signal name

Also, I could be setting up the conditions wrong.

Please help!

Hello V,

The BarsInProgress is the series that is processing. Unless you have multiple series leave this as 0 for the primary series.

Entry Executions is how many entries ago are you looking to see how many bars ago it was. Leave this as a 0 if you are looking for the most recent entry.

The Signal Name is the name used for the order. This is the parameters of the entry order.

Likely, you want to compare this with the Misc -> Numeric Value.

I implemented your suggestions - yet it still does not work.

Can you provide a screenshot of how it should be setup in order to function properly?
