opening market analyzer template

Hello, im having problems opening a template file on market analyzer, the file is in the template/marketanalyzer folder , but when i open the file nothing happens, there is no error in log messages and also try to put the .xml on the end of the file name. Is there anything else that im missing? thanks!

Hi siroya, thanks for your note.

You mention that you appended ".xml" to this file. It's possible the template is not loading because you added an extra extension name. In the Windows File Explorer, at the top click on View, then enable "file name extensions", this will show you the file extension. If it has ".xml.xml" change it to just one .xml

Could you please send me the template file so I could test it? it can be located under Documents\NinjaTrader 8\templates\MarketAnalyzer, you will need to zip it up into a zip file so it can be uploaded to the forum.
