when I have in chart-trader a long-limit and I want to bring in a short-limit then appears the attached message.

Thank you for your post.

Before submitting the second order, please use the ATM strategy menu to select the ATM Strategy template needed. This error indicates the active strategy attached to the long order (listed with a lightening bolt) is selected when the second order is submitted.

Let me know if you see the same after taking these steps.

OK, when I go to ATM Strategy and Select the ATM-Strategy (the same!) then it works. Isnt it possible to make a long limit and a short limit without clicking in chart trader settings in between?

This can be done by changing the ATM Strategy Selection Mode to KeepSelectedATMStrategyTemplateonOrderSubmission (right click on the chart trader toolbar > Properties > ATM Strategy Selection Mode).

As this can be very different ATM menu behavior as the default setting. Because of this, we suggest testing in simulation with the mode before trading live.
