NT 8 chart data display issue

I am able to get realtime data through InteractiveBroker and CQG, however, realtime data is not displayed in the chart, what displayed is yesterday's data. I tried to remove historical data for the symbol and reloaded the data again, but that does not solve the problem. I have used NT 8 for about 2 weeks without this issue, and I am pretty sure that I did not change any properties or settings before this problem surfaced.

I tried NT 7, it does not have the data display issue.

Please write into to PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]Com along with your log and trace files and a link to this forum post.

Include ticket number 2176396 in the body of the email.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.
Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
