Big differences on bars between live connection and playbak

Please see the attached images. That shows on the first bar after open market big differences on the 30 minute bar, the open value on live connection has a value of 28.65 on the playback the same bar has a value of 28.77

12 points of differences, what's going on?

I'm allways using my esignal connection when the data is recording on real time for further use on playbak.

Include ticket number 2176340 in the body of the email.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.
Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
