Order Flow+ and Data Connection Availability

Hi,

I just purchased the license option to take advantage of your new orderflow+.

I realized that I cannot generate an orderflow volumetric bar with my TD Ameritrade, so I tried to see if i can add NT Continuum and I cannot find it on the list.
This lead to several questions

1. I'm assuming I need NT Continuum to generate volumetric order flow bar
2. How do i get it on my list
3. is NT continuum the only service or others available?
