Renko in Ninjatrader 8 and Renko in Visual Studio 2017 don't match

Hello.

I am trying to use Renko in NinjaTrader 8 and in Visual Studio 2017, based on the same data. However, the Charts don't match. Is there any difference in the inner workings of Renko for NinjaTrader 8 and Renko for Visual Studio 2017 that might justify the difference in behavior?

Thank you for your post.

Are you debugging the Renko script in NinjaTrader 8 through Visual Studio?
If not, then I would not be familiar with the Renko function in Visual Studio and could not state definitively where the difference may be.

Can you provide a screenshot to help in this matter?

To send a screenshot with Windows 7 or newer I would recommend using Window's Snipping Tool.

Alternatively to send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screenshot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CTRL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.
