SuperDOM stop limit in Free version
The properties dialog for the SuperDOM in the Free version of Ninjatrader 8 shows Predefined stop limit offset. I tried using this in sim mode and it didn't work.
Is it available in the Free version and if not why is it not greyed out?Tags: None

You're misunderstanding how stop limit orders and this feature work. A stop limit order has to price components - the stop price and the limit price. What you're doing when you click on the SuperDOM is defining the stop price. The offset price is the price of the limit order that will be submitted when the stop price is reached. This is more obvious to visualize if you look at your Orders tab of the Control Center. In the screenshot below, I've defined a 4 tick offset within the predefined settings. Notice that the limit price is 4 ticks away from my stop price:
