Unhandled exception error

Hi -- All of a sudden, something strange with my Ninja8 platform.

When I go to open a chart and go to the data series window to select an instrument, I get blasted with an infinite series of the following error message:

"Unhandled exception: The value '4520' is not a valid value for the enum 'ChartStyleType.'

I've tried to get around this by completely uninstalling, then reinstalling Ninja. But the error persists.

Clearly there are some residual files somewhere, as my previous workspace automatically loads (as well as license key, etc.) with the reinstalled Ninja.

So I guess I have two questions:

1) What do I do about this error message.
2) How does one perform a truly clean reinstall of Ninja, if necessary?

Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
