trying to display ES 06-19

I have opened a new chart and selected the ES 06-19 and am getting a blank screen?
tried refreshing historical data to no effect? What am I doing wrong?

Gone into database/future and updated instruments, still the same. Using fxcm as a data connection

FXCM is a forex-only data provider. When connected to FXCM, you'll receive data for forex pairs like EURUSD.

You would need a connection that provided futures data to receive ES (and other futures) data. Below I have provided a link to our site where you can request a free demo for futures data. Make sure to select 'Futures' before filling in your information and submitting the request:
