XAUUSD from FXCM not showing chart data

Hi,

I'm trying to view Charts for XAUUSD but its just showing blank when I try to bring it up.
I'm currently with FXCM as a broker. I've searched the forum and seen a few people with the same issue but all posts seem to go private with no resolution. there was one where they were told it needs to be enabled as a CFD at the broker end but nothing after that.
I've confirmed with FXCM that it is indeed enabled.

Can anyone assist with this?
There are no errors; the chart just goes blank when that instrument is selected.

Thanks for your post.

Are you enabled for the Cfd or Forex type of XAUUSD?

Did you search the Instrument Lookup Window in your chart to select the specific type that you are enabled for?

Nice one. I was using the FOREX type. i was typing it into an active chart. User the lookup like you mentioned and selected CFD and its working fine
