6e missing data

Hi.

6E 6-19 contract
NT 8.0.17.2 64bit
IQFeed

I've a low for 1/2017 of 1.10405 on the chart; however I've minute historical data for that time and the low is much lower.

Please advise why the chart is not showing proper historical data.

Thank you for your post.

Glad to assist. To confirm, is a Daily chart in use? Daily charts are loaded in NinjaTrader using the session times /values as reported via the data provider; to view outside of these , try loading the daily chart alternatively as a 1440-minute interval.



I also see an older version is in use. Please update at your convenience using the steps below steps.

• First get your license key from NinjaTrader under Help> License Key then exit NinjaTrader
• Click on the link: http://ninjatrader.com/PlatformDirect
• Enter your license key and press Submit
• Select 'NinjaTrader 8'
• Select 'Download'
• Critical: Before running the installer, ensure NinjaTrader is closed.
