BTC - Live Data

So I am new to NinjaTrader 8.

I am trying to chart BTC, but I have data missing in multiple time frames. I uninstalled ninja and got it back, still have the same problem. I used this link to load my live feed. I deleted all data from my computer multiple times, its not the computer, its the ninjatrader.

Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
