    Market Replay Playback Problems

    Hi there,

    I had some issues with market replay today.

    Firstly, the playback/controller window has disappeared on me and I cant find it. Ive closed NT7 down and restarted it and the laptop and it still doesn't work.

    Secondly, downloaded data for current contracts is not being loaded onto my current charts, instead the charts have current contract date 03/18 for example but the data displayed is from 26/11/2016. No matter what I do , I cant get ant data loaded on beyond that date.

    Id appreciate any help here. Thank you!

    Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

    Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

    Please reference this forum post by including a link to it in the body of your email.
