NinjaTrader will not start

My entire system locked up earlier today and then crashed. Since it was recovered I have not been able to start NinjaTrader. I downloaded the latest version and reinstalled NinjaTrader but it still will not start. Attached are two screen shots of the errors being produced.

Please write into to PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]Com along with your log and trace files and a link to this forum post.

Include ticket number 2158265 in the body of the email.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.
Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

To follow up here, we suspected that XML files became corrupt either due to a hard crash/shut down of your Mac and Parallels Windows machine, or perhaps changing the sharing settings of Parallels.

We completely uninstalled then reinstalled NinjaTrader which worked without issue.
