Disk Read/Write

I have two strategies that run simultaneously. I want to pass information back and forth between the two...text, int and double fields...ie, text, instrument name, current position, position quantity, position price, realized and unrealized profit/loss. I want to use a disk file to read/write that information. I have attempted to use StreamWriter to do this, but the NT examples are minimal, at best...and I am stuck.

Any and all suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the NinjaTrader forums!.

As we discussed in the previous e-mail we have provided the examples we have which are apparently not meeting your needs. I hope you have taken the time to test them out to see the ability to read/write data to a file which is their intent.

Perhaps you can elaborate further in this thread on what is the holding point that you are stuck on as this might prompt further questions/answers/links.

We will certainly leave this open for any member to participate and provide assistance.
