Trading hours question

Am I allowed to trade before 9:30am EST ( Emini and micro S&p) or do I have to wait until 9:30am?

Thanks for your note.

These instruments are traded 24 hours a day electronically, with a short end-of-day break at the end of the pit session. You'll just want to be sure that your Trading Hour template is set to use ETH, or Electronic Trading Hours. The ES and micro ES use ETH by default, but if you'd like to make sure you're using the right template, this setting is accessible by right-clicking a chart for the instrument, going to Data Series, then going to Time frame > Trading hours.
