Reset Database removes strategies in the "Strategies" tab

Hello,

I'm running into an issue I was hoping could be resolved. I try to run a database clean of NT as often as possible to improve performance. So if possible, daily I will run the "Reset DB" option.

The problem is, when I do this all of my running strategies on the strategy tab are removed. So I have to go back in and reload those to run. Having multiple strategies running makes this a really time-consuming process. Since it seems pretty important to clear this database but I can't reload these strategies manually every day, I was hoping there might be something I am missing.

Is there a way to not have the strategies removed when I reset the db?

Unfortunately it is not possible to reset the db without removing the active strategy instances.

We would not typically suggest for a client to reset their database so often, it should never be necessary to do this. I suggest holding back on resetting your database so frequently and instead reviewing our Performance Tips page for steps on improving your platform's overall performance: https://ninjatrader.com/support/help...ance_tips2.htm
