Importing tick data failing

Hi,

I got custom tick data (see the attachment) from another source which I have converted into the documented format and trying to import it into the platform. However, when I try to import the file an error is thrown.

ES 06-19: Unexpected number of fields in line '0', should be 3, 5 or 6
Import type 'Tick Data, LLC': Error on calling 'OnNextDataPoint' method: System.InvalidOperationException: Operation is not valid due to the current state of the object. at NinjaTrader.NinjaScript.ImportTypes.TickDataImport Type.OnNextDataPoint() at NinjaTrader.NinjaScript.ImportTypes.ImportType.Imp ort(MarketDataType marketDataType, TimeZoneInfo sourceTimeZoneInfo, Boolean generateMinuteBars, Boolean generateDailyBars, IProgress progress)

Any advice on how to solve that?

Please write into to PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]Com along with your log and trace files and a link to this forum post.

Include ticket number 2152748 in the body of the email.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.
Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
