ATM Template - Using Stop Limit for Stop Loss

Hello,

I'm encountering an issue with predefined ATM template stops when live trading. When the "stop limit for stop loss option" is checked, upon filling my ATM entry, the stop limit order is placed then immediately cancelled due to mismatched stop and limit prices for the stop limit order. This issue doesn't occur when using simple stop orders, nor does it occur when using a SIM connection. My broker used for the live orders is Interactive Brokers.
