my time zone is Eastern Standard Time.

what time is market open and close in my time zone for the micro s&p 500?. What times am I able to trade?

The trading hours for this instrument are the same as the E-mini contract, which I have listed below:

CME Globex: Sunday - Friday 6:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) with trading halt 4:15 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
