I recently signed up for trial data for NT 8. I can successfully connect to the data feed and load the /ES charts, but the /CL charts are not showing/loading.

Thanks for writing in to our Support team and welcome to the NinjaTrader Support Forum!
I would recommend checking that you are running the most recent version of NinjaTrader 8, and then rolling over your contracts to ensure that you can view data for the current CL contract.
To update NinjaTrader, please follow the steps below.
- First, copy your license key from NinjaTrader under Help> License Key then exit NinjaTrader
- Click on the link: http://ninjatrader.com/PlatformDirect
- Enter your license key and press Submit
- Select 'NinjaTrader 8'
- Select 'Download'
- Critical: Before running the installer, ensure NinjaTrader is closed.
Then, please follow these steps to roll over the expiration date of a Futures contract:
- Navigate to the Control Center > Tools > Database window.
- Left-click the ‘Rollover’ button that appears just below the table under the ‘Rollover futures instruments’ section.
- Close this window when this process completes.
