Moving a trailing stop (or target)

I have an ATM template that sets my trailing stop and target. They act as expected when I enter a trade from chart trader (long or short) but at times I want to adjust the trailing stop before it moves or after 1 or 2 moves by dragging & dropping it at the price I want. It seams like this disables the ATM strategy and it will no longer adjust the stop from the point I move it to.

Does manually moving the stop disable the ATM template?

Also how does manually moving the target effect the trailing stop in an ATP template?

The atm will continue to work, unaware of any modifications you have made.
