I Can't Figure This Out!

I'm working with a 3rd Party vendor and he's telling me to "right click on the price column" of a chart and I will see the following:




When I do, I get the following:



What am I missing. I've been going back and forth with him for over an hour and it's wearing thin.

Disregard... Had to select automatic in the Range Setting
