Micro Futures data problem

Hello, i want to test the Micro Futures Dow Jones (MYM) in a demo account but i dont recieve data... the only way for update the Chart is "Reload All Historical Data" but thats it... i dont recieve data and i cant open any position.

How i can test Micro Futures? Thank you.

At this time, the NinjaTrader Continuum demo account will only provide historical data for the CME Micro futures. Live data for the CME Micro futures will be available once you fund a live trading account.

Can u answer me these questions:

1) Exist "Spread" Like Forex or CFD?

2) What is the exact Comission for MYM? Is the same as YM only 1/10 cheaper.?

3) For Trades open during the close/open markets, what is the deal in there? charge swap or something like that? what is the margin?
