Hot keys not working

I recorded hot keys for order entry. When I try to use them on the order entry chart, nothing happens.

Example: Buy Mkt = Alt +1

But when I press Alt+1, no order goes through.

Thank you for your post.

Your issue might be occurring because you don't have 'Use order entry hot keys' enabled.

This may be turned on by going to Control Center > Tools > Options > Trading.
