Error code 105 connecting ESIGNAL

I have a problem when I connect Esignal. The following error appears:

Error on requesting bars series: 'historical download request failed. Error code = '- 105.

If you still see the same, can you please let me know what instrument and chart interval is selected? Please also verify the data is enabled via eSignal, we do see cases of demos not having full access to data.
