Real Time data not coming through NT7

Real Time data not coming through NT7
I'm trying to get my NT7 working again after a Window update caused a melt down. Reinstalled everything (lifetime license key, live trading account holder) and the realtime data for NQ and ES wont connect. Log show the following error "es 06-19 is not enabled for real time level 1 quotes". Have contacted NT for support but its middle of the night and very keen to get back online....any suggestions out there?Tags: None

Thank you for your note.
Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 2141306" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.- Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
- Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
- Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
- Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
