Data loading issue

On my time and unirenko charts, at least a few times per week the charts will not load the data between electronic trading stop and midnight. In every instance this happens, the charts begin at 12:00 midnight and skip the time between 5:00 p.m. cst and 11:59 p.m. cst

Usually after hitting "reload all data" they will correct themselves. (see before and after charts) Sometimes it takes multiple time for this to work.

Any ideas as to how I can correct this? Thank you.

Thank you for your post.

Glad to assist. This would be unexpected, the data cache should replace all missing data on re-connection to a data feed. This may indicate an issue with the cache data itself, because of this, I suggest clearing the cache.

To clear the cache, please close NinjaTrader and navigate to the following directory:

* My Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > Db

Delete the contents of the cache, tick, minute and day folders. Now, when you restart NinjaTrader and connect to your data feed, NinjaTrader will load new data.
