No trade history after updating BIOS?

All my trade history is now missing after updating the BIOS on my Dell laptop.

I need it back - where has it gone?

Example - this TSLA chart used to be covered in buy and sell markers, now they've all disappeared.

A BIOS change may have triggered a machine ID change. A machine ID change will wipe your login credentials and license key.

• Are you logged into your live account?
• What is your license key? You can check by going to Help > License Key
  • DO NOT post your license key publicly.
  • If it starts with "@SIM", you're using the simulated key and live trades will not appear on your charts.

NinjaTrader will only show prior executions on a chart if a few conditions are met:

• Your local NinjaTrader database has a record of the trades
• Chart Trader is enabled
• The relevant account is selected in Chart Trader

Are all of the above conditions 'true'?

Is "Plot Executions" set to "Text and Marker" or "Markers only" within your data series?
