Cannot Load eSignal Data of SGX exchange

Hello,

I connected esignal source in NT8. It worked fine in CME futures like ES. However, it failed in SGX futures. No data was loaded (in first picture, in NT8). As I guessed, it was because eSignal format is {Month}{Year} for CME ticker like "ES M19" or "ES M2019", but uses {Year}{Month} format in SGX ticker like "CN 19M-SGX" or "CN 2019M-SGX" (in the second picture, in eSignal). The SGX eSignal data cannot be loaded because the year-month format doesn't match the default order.


Any suggestion to resolve this problem? Thanks.

Updated: After more tested, the instrument "CN 12-18" worked fine in NT8 but lastest one "CN 04-19" didn't (Pic 3/4). No idea what happened.

All data used eSignal Data connection. Any suggestion to make eSignal data connection of SGX work correctly?

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 2129162" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
