I've setup an ATM strategy. I placed an order with it attached, but cancelled it before any part of the order was filled. Now, when trying to place another order using the ATM strategy, I get an error message saying the OCO ID cannot be submitted / cannot be reused. Please use a new OCO ID. How do I do that?

This indicates you have OCO mode on when submitting your original order. OCO mode would need to be disabled so that the already-used OCO ID is not used again.
What order entry window are you using? SuperDOM? Chart Trader? Other?
Also, please clarify - are you using OCO mode purposefully? If so, could you go into further detail about why you enabled it?
