Chart is a black screen.

I am a new (first time) user. I have set up NinjaTrader 8 and connected to Kinetick. I have tried to open two charts -- AAPL and EURUSD -- and both simply produce an empty black chart. Any suggestions?

Hello,

To clarify are you connected to the Kinetick End of Day (Free) connection? If so this connection only provides end of day Daily data a Daily interval would need to be selected in the chart to display data as expected.

Thank you! From the information table that you sent me, it was clear that data were available free from the Kinetick connection for just certain time intervals. When I switched to the daily time interval, data appeared on the chart.
