ATM stop loss order not entered upon entry execution

I have begun to keep a log as sometimes my stop-loss order (as set in Custom Strategy Parameters) does not get entered. Today (5 April '19) I was filled on a Buy CTK. The fill did not trigger entry of the stop. I had to enter it by hand. As I cannot always be available, this is alarming as I do not wish to be in the market without a stop. What would cause the failure of the contingent stop loss to be placed?

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 2123187" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
