Can't Access License Key

Hello,

I need to re-download NinjaTrader, because something happened and my computer can not find the file to open it (even though I see it on my computer).

The problem is, I can not access NinjaTrader to be able to get the License Key and I can not find it in my emails.

I have also attached a screenshot of what I am seeing when I try to bring up NT8. I have no idea why this would be happening, as I have never tried to uninstall this before - so why would it be calling the install file?

Thank you for any assistance that you are able to provide with either figuring out why this happened to my installation and/or how to get my license key to re-download it.

I'm happy to check into this with you if you would please email us at PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In your message please include a link to this forum thread and a message 'ATTN Sergey'.

Additionally, please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
