No real-time data on 1 instrument?

I am using Ninja Trader 8 with Rithmic. Gold data (GC) is not updating in real-time for some reason, but all other instruments are fine. If I refresh, it will load the current price, but stays there. Any ideas? Rithmic said I should contact Ninja support.

Based on the symptom you're reporting, "all other instruments are fine. If I refresh, [GC] will load the current price, but stays there", it sounds like you're not enabled for real-time GC data, or are viewing a contract month which is expired or has very low volume.

So I may accurately assist you, please answer all of the following questions:

• What version of NinjaTrader 8 are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 8.0.17.2)
• Did you confirm with your broker that you're enabled for real-time GC data? If not, please do so now.
• What GC expiry if applicable) have you selected? For example, GC 06-19
• (For a chart) what interval is selected? For example, 5 minute, 1 day, 2000 volume, 4 Renko, etc.
• Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?
