Arrows on Price Panel to show in Market Analyzer

I have arrows that draw on my price charts as a result of an indicator I created.

I can't watch all the charts at the same time so I'd like to have the Market Analyzer show me whenever an arrow is drawing on a chart so that I can go take a look at the signal. I've added my indicator as a column in the Market Analyzer but it's not doing anything, just showing 3 dots, even when an arrow is drawing on the current bar.



I've searched but haven't found a way to achieve this, so any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the NinjaTrader forums!

The market analyzer would not be able to show your arrows. You would need to add a transparent plot to your indicator that can be used for providing your signals to the market analyzer. By using a transparent plot, your indicator will be visually unchanged. Once you have added the plot to your indicator, you can set the output of the plot to correspond to your arrows. For example if when you draw an up arrow, you can set the plot to be a +1, when you draw a down arrow you can set the plot to be a -1 and when there are no arrows you can set the plot to be 0. In the market analyzer, you can then use those values in cell conditions to represent what you wish.

Many thanks indeed, Paul. That video you referred me to, along with some tweak here and there to suit my indicator, has achieved exactly what I was looking for.
