T&S Difference between ask foreground and at ask foreground

I am trying to set up my T&S window. Under properties, color, what exactly is the difference between the two entrys? at ask foreground, "text color for trades at the ask price", i understand. But what does the explanation in the help section for ask foreground "text color for ask data" mean? What is ask data in that context?

'Ask foreground' refers to the font color of the ask data which is disabled by default. The Time and Sales window prints last data by default, but if you wanted to see ask (or bid) data, you would enable "Price - Ask" or "Price - Bid". You'll notice that these new ask/bid prints adopt the color defined in 'Ask foreground' and 'Bid foreground'
