Chart freezes when moving a reverse at stop order

Hello, when I move a reverse at stop order on the chart, the order is placed but the chart freezes. This only happens in live trading (not sim), and has happened twice in a row now. I need to shutdown the NT process and reboot it. Has this been reported by anyone before? Is there a solution?

I believe I am familiar with the symptom you're reporting and it has been addressed internally, however, I'd like to confirm that we're talking about the same thing.
