Right Margin Setting in Chart Properties

Is there a way to lock a particular right margin value?

If by lock you mean to set the default for the right side margin you can do that in the chart properties. In the chart properties, configure everything that you want to set as the default for new charts, then left click on the word "preset" in the lower right, this will expand to show "save restore". Left click on save to save your new defaults. All new charts will be created with the settings saved in chart properties.

If you have a situation where the right side margin is changing dynamically after you set it, then that may be caused by an indicator. You would need to determine which indicator and contact the indicator provider to see what options if any, they can provide to meet your needs.
