Unable to load chart template:....

I copied NT chart templates from one installation to another installation and I am now receiving this error. I have a lot of chart templates that I have worked on for quite some time and I do not want to lose them. How can I fix this?

"Unable to load chart template: the file named x5_`.xml was either designed for an earlier version of NinjaTrader or the file is not formatted correctly. Please contact [email protected] for assistance."

Please write into to PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]Com along with your log and trace files and a link to this forum post.

Include ticket number 2114588 in the body of the email.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
