Unable to add indicator - Programming errors

I am unable to add any new indicators to NT 8 due to programming errors. I have researched and tried to re-compile and it shows me what files are producing the errors. They are @fibonaccitools.cs @gannfan.cs @riskreward.cs and @ruler.cs. Since these are Ninja files I am not able to modify or delete these indicators/drawing tools. I have tried to re-install and do the repair option but that has not worked either. Please advise as to what steps I can take to resolve this issue.

Thank you for your note.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 2111823" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
