Playback not working

So Ive been having a problem with the playback on my NT8. The playback feature absolutley doesnt work and I am unable to test my trades.

Here is what Ive done to try to make it work.

Create a new workspace with only one chart with no indicators
reduced the amount of historical data to only 5 stocks.
Closed all other workspaces when my dedicated replay workspace is open.
Shut down all other processes running on my computer.

I am running a Dell XPS 8900 64bit with I7-6700CPU @3.40GHz.

I dont feel that this should be happening.

Thank you for your post.

Are you trying to use Market Replay data or Historical Data with the Playback Connection? Which instruments specifically are you using?

Have you checked that you have data available for each instrument you are using for the dates you are attempting to replay? You can do this by going to Tools > Historical Data. If you expand each section, it will show you any available data for each instrument.

Do you receive any errors when you attempt to operate the Playback Connection? Do you see any errors on the log tab of the Control Center?
