ownership problem/freeze

hello,
i have ninja8 lifetime, on my new computer (good one over 3k) i have since some weeks the problem when i open a third or 4th chart, all is freezing, but the charts running but i can do nothing -all freezed.
when i close ninjatrader , they told me the „ownership“ is a problem.
on the pc is no problem, all is new on it.
i have 100mbit connection, it runs well and fast.

nearly 30 times i delete all and installed ninja new.
indicators all ok (i have the same set-up on my macbook with parallels and everything is fine).

has somebody fixed this problem?
pls help i have it since 8 weeks and can not work with ninja in my computer.

Thank you for your note.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 2106189" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
