Chart data for Crude CL is missing .

Chart data for Crude CL is missing . todays trade data is missing but I can see current price. So it looks like a gap down. ( CL fell today)


I went to NT7 db and deleted tick data day min and cache . it didn't help. Does this have something to do with the massive down day in the broader markets ?

Thank you for posting.

So far I'm not seeing this on my end when charting the latest contract.

So that I may investigate I would ask that you contact me by email at PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In your message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace files. You will find these diagnostic files in the Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > Trace folder. I will need to review a copy of the files which are named 'trace.20180205.XXXXX.txt'. There will likely be multiple files for each day.

ok . drew . I sent the files over . Cl data was running fine this morning live. This error seemed to have occurred after the market closed this afternoon. running contract CL 3-18
