Hello,
Thank you for your post.
Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email- Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
- Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
- Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com Attn: Dennis Platform Support Request 2104654
- Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

what does this has to do with anything shouldnt have to send anay files to solve a simple problem

There are many reasons real-time data might not be loading for you. Here are some examples:- You're connection is not subscribed to real-time data for EMD
- Your database is out of date
- Your chart settings are preventing real-time data from printing
